Coaching Services — Terms & Conditions
These terms govern online coaching services only. They are separate from the SeminarPartner website terms and from the e-book, which is sold by a different entity and is not covered here.
1. Provider
These coaching services are provided by:

2. What is sold
Individual, live online coaching sessions (for example, 60-minute one-to-one sessions), booked and paid for over the internet.
3. Online-only delivery
3.1 All coaching is delivered 100% online, by video call.
3.2 The service is provided from Paraguay or from other locations.
3.3 The coach does not provide services in person in the client's country under these terms.
4. Booking, payment and currency
4.1 Sessions are booked through our scheduling page and paid in advance via PayPal.
4.2 Prices are shown at the time of booking, in EUR or USD.
4.3 Taxes: The service is invoiced as an export of services and does not include Paraguayan IVA. The client is responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that may apply in the client's own country of residence.
4.4 By purchasing, the client confirms that they are not registered under a Paraguayan RUC and are contracting as a client located outside Paraguay.
4.5 An invoice is issued for each purchase, identifying the client as required.
5. Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation
5.1 After payment, the client receives a link to book a time slot.
5.2 Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the session at no charge.
5.3 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session receive a full refund, or may be rescheduled. Within 48 hours of the session, or in the event of a no-show, no refund is given and the session is forfeited.
5.4 If the coach has to cancel, the client may reschedule or receive a full refund.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
6.1 Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the client normally has 14 days to withdraw from the contract.
6.2 If the client expressly requests that the session take place within the withdrawal period and the session is then fully performed, the right of withdrawal lapses for that session. The client acknowledges this at the time of booking.
7. Session recording and consent
7.1 Sessions may be recorded, in whole or in part, for quality purposes and to document that the service was delivered online.
7.2 Recording only takes place with the client's consent, which is requested before or at the start of the session.
7.3 Recordings are stored securely, used only for the stated purposes, kept for the minimum period required, and are subject to the client's data-protection rights (see section 10). The client may decline recording.
8. Nature of coaching
8.1 Coaching is a professional-development and reflection service. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, or medical, legal, financial or tax advice.
8.2 No specific result or outcome is guaranteed. The client remains responsible for their own decisions and actions.
8.3 If the client needs medical, psychological, legal or financial help, they should consult a qualified professional in that field.
9. Client responsibilities
The client provides a suitable device, an internet connection and a private setting, and joins on time. Sessions not attended are treated under section 5.
10. Data protection
Personal data is processed only to deliver and administer the coaching, in line with our Privacy Policy. Where the GDPR applies, the client has rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection; requests can be sent to the email address in section 1.
11. Confidentiality
The content of coaching sessions is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session or sessions concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Availability
Coaching is available to clients outside Paraguay, including clients resident in Canada.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay. Mandatory consumer-protection rights the client enjoys in their country of residence remain unaffected.
15. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force at the time of booking applies to that booking.
