About
Purpose & Values
Two sentences that decide what we take on and what we turn down — and five values that decide how we behave once we have said yes.
Purpose
We help people grow into their potential — so they can create meaningful impact in their organizations.
Vision
A working world where people grow, take responsibility, and contribute to organizations that are both successful and human.
Values
Five values, and what they cost us
Values are only worth stating if they occasionally make things harder. These do.
-
1
Clarity
We create understanding, direction, and honest conversations.
-
2
Responsibility
We take ownership of our choices, our impact, and our contribution.
-
3
Humanity
We see the person behind the role and treat people with respect.
-
4
Effectiveness
We focus on development that leads to meaningful and lasting change.
-
5
Freedom
We encourage independent thinking, conscious choices, and the courage to act.
The founder
Marcel Szenessy
Founder · Executive Coach · Speaker · Author
I founded SeminarPartner in 1992 with a simple conviction: people are capable of far more than they often realize.
For more than 30 years, I have helped leaders, teams, and organizations develop that potential and turn it into meaningful action. My work combines personal development with practical organizational impact: greater clarity, more confident leadership, stronger communication, and more effective collaboration.
My personal purpose has guided me throughout my life and career: to discover, develop, and live my dreams — and to help others discover, develop, and live theirs.
This purpose has taken me far beyond the traditional role of a trainer or coach. It has led me to build businesses, write books, create music, live in different countries, and continually explore what becomes possible when people stop limiting themselves.
Originally from Hamburg, Germany, I later lived in Spain and now call Paraguay home. I have worked with leaders and organizations in more than 25 countries across Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
As an executive coach, trainer, speaker, and author, I support people in understanding themselves more clearly, recognizing what they are capable of, and acting with greater courage, responsibility, and purpose.
My approach is direct, human, and practical. I ask questions that matter, address what others may avoid, and help people translate insight into action.
What matters most to me is not simply delivering a successful workshop or coaching session. It is seeing people grow into their potential — and use it to create meaningful impact in their lives, their teams, and their organizations.
