Jöerg started his career in one of the major German banks. After five years inside the bank and graduating from the Bank Academy he studied Business Administration at the Christian Albrecht University in Kiel. During his studies he worked as a freelance consultant for a company which concentrated on start up companies.
With his certification as Diploma Kaufmann he went back to the bank as a relationship manager for corporate clients. One of his customers headhunted him and he worked as a manager in a retail chain, responsible for Finances, HR and Administration. Five years later, after selling the retail chain, he turned back to consulting and training. Since then he worked for national as well as international companies.
Among his clients are global players such as Airbus, Arcor, Ascom, BP, GEHE, DaimlerChrysler, Karman, as well as national companies as AOK, DAK or VHV.
Jöerg has focussed his work on leadership, team building, communication, personal mastery and presentations skills as well as business simulations.
Among his English seminars are e.g. a team building workshop for BP and a conflict workshop for a major power supply company in UK, some business simulations for high potentials from an international logistic company in Belgium as well as simulations for nearly one hundred international managers from an international production company in Austria.
What makes his seminars so unique is his broad experience and the natural friendship, openness and sympathy for each participant.
