Christian is an international coach, trainer and consultant at SeminarPartner.
Chris sums up his philosophy this way: “The success of a training or a consultancy is seen foremost in the weeks AFTER a program. I am absolutely convinced that a training should not only provide content but it should support the participants to implement that content. If that is done successfully, then trainings and coaching are highly profitable.”
But HOW can we foster a participant to change one aspect of his behaviour sustainably? This crucial question of every training has accompanied Chris since the early days of his professional career.
In the beginning there was his diploma thesis about how employees deal with organizational change. Then Chris acquired in depth sales knowledge in the sales organization of Mercedes-Benz.
1997 Chris is working as an independent consultant and has accompanied change management processes in nearly 200 companies. Soon he recognized that mutually agreed measures had been implemented very quickly in some companies whereas in other companies there had been no implementation at all.
In some cases it had been due to the circumstances or staff qualification but much more often the reason had been the employees’ habits and their fear of change. In his trainings and coaching Chris manages very successfully to cause and accompany changes. A high level of empathy, humour, calmness and the right mix of methods are some of his assets.
His seminar participants appreciate his active and by practical examples also very entertaining training style. “Stories are the glue that makes the content stick to your brain.”
Christian’s customers are companies like Audi, Bayer, BMW, DEKRA, Porsche, Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH, MTU Onsite Energy, ESG, Trias Training + Services GmbH, “Gesellschaft für technische Zusammenarbeit”, Arvato Direct Services GmbH (Bertelsmann-group), MAN or the European Business Academy.
