Susann Patuschka is specialised in solution focussed training and coaching to get a grip on future challenges. Be it leading a team, solving conflicts, persuading with presentations or creating new solutions – future challenges will become most wanted events.
Susann’s expertise is in the area of interpersonal communication, personal mastery and leadership. Her trainings and workshops are highly participatory, motivating and solution focussed. As a consultant for System Dynamics she combines individual and corporate needs.
Having lived and worked in China and the Czech Republic for more than 8 years, she leverages both personal experience and research in doing business in different cultures. Her profound business background derives from years of experience in the banking field and as an International Management Trainer both with Volkswagen Coaching and Rainbow Consulting Shanghai, before she started her own business.
